Zoe Gore — Founder & Owner
The AL5 Aesthetics & Training is owned by Zoe Gore, an NVQ 3 & NVQ 4 & 5 level trained aesthetic therapist. Zoe has had an exciting beauty career to date, starting out where she travelled the world on private jets offering luxury, tailored on-flight treatments to her clientele. In 2014 she decided to make roots in the UK and open her first clinic “The Beauty Room AL5”, an intimate Beauty and Aesthetics clinic offering a variety of face and body rejuvenation treatments. The business has grown quickly over the years and to accommodate her ever growing team & continuous investment in high-tech equipment, Zoe opened “The AL5 Aesthetics & Training Medispa” in September 2019. Zoe’s vision has always been to offer high-end, quality treatments & training at affordable prices, and in a non-clinical environment. Customers say they feel transported to an oasis of calm at The AL5, which is exactly what she wanted to achieve.
Lois Geach — Clinic Manager & Head Therapist
Lois has been in the beauty industry for over 20 years and is a highly experienced and knowledgeable aesthetic therapist. Achieving NVQ Level 5 and with a continuous passion for learning, Lois is fascinated by the true science behind aesthetics. Going back to her childhood, it has always been important for Lois to have a career that involves making people feel good about themselves. Seeing how her bespoke courses have got results and made such a difference to peoples lives are the very reasons why Lois is such a well-respected and successful therapist and clinic manager. When she isn’t busy at work, you will find her running after her 2 daughters Florence and Delilah, which keeps her on her toes!
Kylie Yildiz — Therapist
Kylie has been working in the beauty industry for over 19 years. She is fully qualified up to level 5. She has a real passion in skincare. She loves a skin transformation! Kylie enjoys giving her clients that confidence she finds it so rewarding making people happy. She is a very smiley, happy, positive, caring soul who wants to make everybody feel good about themselves. She enjoys enhancing your natural beauty and giving you all the confidence in your body.
Daisy Grayson – Therapist
Throughout a long career in the luxury spa industry, Daisy has always been passionate about combining the highest quality client experience with a holistic and caring approach.
Daisy has qualifications in Health and Social Care, Holistic Therapy, and in 2012 gained her Teacher Training qualification, which gave her a deep understanding of the importance of continued professional development. Working in top UK spas, especially with the ESPA brand, Daisy appreciates the therapeutic benefits of bespoke treatments that exceed expectations and create long lasting effects.
Daisy is a passionate ambassador for all things skincare in a progressive and ever-changing industry. She is very pleased to be part of the innovative and dynamic environment at AL5 Aesthetics.
Sophie Dayer — Receptionist
Sophie is the first face you see and speak to when you come into The Al5 Aesthetics. She has a warm welcoming smile. She meets and greets our clients and manages all of the bookings.

Trudy Friedman — Aesthetics Nurse Practitioner
Trudy Friedman is very well respected in the world of cosmetic medicine. Having originally trained as a Registered Nurse and worked in intensive care for over 10 years. Trudy specialised in Plastic surgery technology with an American company working closely with Plastic and reconstructive surgeons. Trudy then entered the field of Medical Aesthetics and for the past 17 years has only practiced in non surgical treatments. Now, as an advanced aesthetic nurse (INP) with 20 years experience Trudy runs a dedicated clinic at The AL5 every other Thursday and offers a variety of injectable treatments. Having advanced training in the latest equipment, products and skin technology Trudy maintains a high standard of service and care to all her patients, who are given a very honest and informative consultation only offering appropriate and treatments bespoke to her patients’ needs. Trudy’s ethos is – “I believe in customising treatments for patients so that a natural look is enhanced rather than changed”.
Stefany Errity — Lash & Brow Technician
Stefany is a self proclaimed brow addict since the age of 14. Liverpool born Stefybrows is a natural brow specialist with a passion for all things brow and lash related. Stef has always had an artistic eye gaining a BTEC in Art & Design and a BA Hons Degree in Fashion Promotion. Stef is qualified in HD Brows, Nouveau LVL & Extend lashes and VTCT Level 4 HD Brows Microblading. Since starting her beauty career Stef has continued to grow her skills and has kept up to date with the latest techniques by taking courses with market leading training academies and attending 1-2-1 training days with industry leading artists.
