One year later I’m very happy with the difference still and I still definitely don’t work out at all. I’ve been recommending The AL5 to everyone! I haven’t felt like the muscles have atrophied at all in the last year, they’ve stayed taut like they were before babies.
I did four treatments of Emsculpt and have loved the new definition I can see! I can also tell my muscle strength improved as well.
